We commit to making at least 2 service visits to your property during the holiday season to ensure that everything is functioning as it should. How does it work?
Our proactive, maintenance schedule is designed such that you will never need to call us for service. However, if there is ever a need to contact us, we make it very easy to connect. Our dedicated staff will respond to you within 24 hours and make every effort possible to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your initial call. We are committed to ensuring that your holiday display is performing as it was intended to by design. Your complete satisfaction is our first priority.
